Q. How much is delivery?

A. UK delivery only and the cost is free. If your order consists of less than 100 items. For orders of more than 100 items, delivery is £10. Delivery to the Rep. Of Ireland is £10 for less than 100 items and £20 for more than 100 items


Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?

A. Orders are sent the same day (if placed before 3pm) for next day delivery. You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent & when you should expect delivery.

Q. Which areas of the world do you ship to?

A. We ship to the UK and Ireland only. You can select your shipping area on the checkout page


Q. What happens after I have placed my order? Will I get updates as to the progress of my order?

A. You'll receive two emails immediately after you place your order. One confirming the details of your order & another confirming that your payment has been accepted/your card debited. You'll then receive an email confirming despatch of your items within 2 working days. You can also track your order's progress here

Q. I have ordered something but it hasn't arrived yet. Who should I contact?

Orange simcards can only be ordered one per houshold and the P+P on every order for the orange offer is £1.99

However if you decide to order more than one simcard a charge of £1.99 per order per houshold applies 

we do not ship outside the uk.
